to Do Back Leg Stretch/Extension
Kneel on the floor on all fours with your arms stretched out in front,
your elbows locked and your head and neck aligned with your spine.
Stretch one leg straight out behind you. Use your buttocks muscles to
keep your leg raised. Return to the starting position. Complete you repetitions
with one leg, then repeat with the other leg.
Leg Stretch Tip
move the rest of your body when raising your leg and tighten your buttocks
muscle with each repetition.
Leg Stretch Repetitions:
Do 1 set of 5-10 repeats, each side, 4 days/week.
Second 2 weeks:
Do 2 sets of 10-20 repeats, each side, 4 days/week.
Do 3 sets of 20-30 repeats, each side, 4 days/week.
