How to Do Butt Crossover
1. Kneel on the floor on all fours with your arms stretched out in front, your elbows locked and your head and neck aligned with your spine. Raise one leg and bend at the knee.
2. Take your bent leg across the calf of your other leg, keeping the leg raised and your butt muscle tight at all times. Return your raised leg to the starting position and repeat the movement. Repeat with the other leg.
Butt Crossovers Tip
Keep the thigh of your raised leg level with the floor and keep the sole of your foot pointed towards the ceiling.
