How to Stretch Your Groin
1. Sit on the floor with your back straight and your head up. Place your heels together and allow your knees to drop out to your sides. Clasp your hands around your ankles.
2. Rest your elbows on your knees and use your forearms to press your knees toward the floor. You will feel a stretch in your groin and inside thigh muscles. Hold for a count of 20. Repeat.
Groin Stretching Tip
Push your knees gently towards the floor, but do not force them.
Groin Stretches Repetitions:
Do 1 set of 5-10 repeats, 4 days per week.
