Leg Raise: Standing
How
to Do Standing Leg Raises
1.
Stand straight with your feet together, toes forward. Place one hand on
the back of a chair to help you balance while you do this movement.
2. Keeping your right leg
on the floor, bend your knee slightly to support you. Bend your left leg
up towards your chest, then stretch it out in front of you as high as
you can manage. Keep your extended leg straight.
3.
Hold this position for a count of 5 and then lower your leg back to the
starting positon.
