Double Leg Raise
How to Do Double Leg Raises
1. Lie face down on the floor, place your hands in front of your face and rest your chin in your hands. Stretch your legs out behind you with your feet slightly apart.
2. Keeping the rest of your body touching the floor, raise your left leg up and squeeze your buttocks muscle.
3. Hold for a count of 5, then lower your leg back to the starting position. Repeat with the other leg.
Double Leg Raise Tip
Try not to raise your hips off the floor when raising your leg. If you find it difficult to keep your raised leg straight, then bend it slightly at the knee.
