How to Perform Wall Squats Exercises
1. Stand with your back against a wall, with your feet a shoulder-width apart and feet pointed straight ahead. Put your hands behind your head, keep your torso straight and your shoulders back, move your feet forward about 12 from the wall.
2. Use the wall to help you balance and then lower yourself slowly, until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Keep your hands behind your head and return to the starting position. Repeat.
Wall Squat Tip
Keep your upper body straight throughout this exercise and don't allow your butt to sink lower than your knees.
