Inositol is also known as myo-inositol; misoinositol; lipotropic factor. Inositol is a water soluble member of the vitamin B complex. Not a true vitamin because the body can manufacture it. Present in cereals and vegetables as Phytic acid, a combination of inositol and phosphorus.

Inositol Promotes Fat Metabolism and Cholesterol Control

Inositol is needed for the correct metabolism of fats. Inositol works in conjunction with choline and helps to transport fat from the liver. Inositol helps to control blood cholesterol levels.

Lecithin, beef heart, beef liver, wheatgerm, soya, eggs, citrus fruits, wholegrains, nuts.
